An NFC Google review card gives customers a shortcut to your linked Google page. Rather than typing a business name or a long address, a customer brings a compatible phone close to the card and opens the detected link.
What happens after the tap?
The card directs the phone to a web address. It does not write a review or choose a rating. The customer follows the link, signs into Google if needed, and decides what to share about their experience.
Does every phone work?
The phone needs compatible NFC support and the appropriate settings enabled. Reader position varies: moving the top or back of the phone slowly near the card may help. An internet connection is needed to load the linked page. Have your business link available as an alternative if a customer cannot use NFC.
How do you set up a Tapnivo card?

- Find your business listing on Google Maps and copy its shared profile link.
- Paste the link into the required field before adding the pack to your bag.
The product page includes a screen-recording tutorial beside the link field. If you are ordering for different businesses, add each business’s cards separately with the correct link.
Where should you keep it?
Put the card somewhere your team can easily offer it: beside a register, at a reception desk, or with your equipment for a service appointment. Choose a position that allows customers to bring their phones close without reaching across a busy workspace.
